- Payment confirmation details (payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store card data)

Supporting documents (such as passports, contracts, certificates) are typically provided directly to the attorney, not to Hungary Visa.
How We Use Information

Hungary Visa provides coordination and administrative support for individuals seeking Hungarian residence permits. Our services include intake, communication coordination, and payment facilitation.
We do not:
- Provide legal advice
- Assess legal eligibility
- Represent clients before authorities
- Guarantee immigration outcomes
Legal Services
All legal services are provided exclusively by independent Hungarian immigration attorneys.
If you proceed with legal services:
- You enter into a separate agreement directly with the attorney
- The attorney-client relationship exists only between you and the attorney
- Legal responsibility rests solely with the attorney
Fees and Payments
Fees are communicated before services begin and are typically paid upfront. Payments are processed through third-party providers.
Service fees do not include:
- Government fees
- Embassy or consular fees
- Translation or authentication costs
- Travel expenses
Refunds
Immigration outcomes are never guaranteed. Refunds follow the partner attorney’s policy and are limited to specific circumstances related to attorney fault.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, supplying documents on time, paying required third-party fees, and attending necessary appointments.
Liability
Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
